Define Groups
This page allows you to group alternatively spliced exons according to
species, mechanism, tissue-specific expression, developmental regulation,
whether genomic sequence or cDNA is known, whether the exon follows the
regulation of the promoter or is independently regulated, and whether
a disease has been linked to this exon. In addition, you can select
exons that have a certain splice-site quality by hitting a score. Once
you have defined a group, you can analyze this group or add other entries
to it.
